The AS2 Hand Steering Kit provides an alternative for sailors who can't use the foot-steering. The Kit includes a steering console which can be mounted onto the aft cockpit, the carbon-fiber joystick, as well as all other required parts, fasteners and associated hardware.

You can also remove the joystick from the aft steering console and mount it to the front cleat console in the AS1 configuration

A specially designed quadrant mounted onto the rudder guarantees zero slack in the steering lines, so you can comfortable use the hand steering in all conditions. The lines are routed in such a way that they cannot interfere with any sheets.
